Fox92 Posted 25 September 2016 Posted 25 September 2016 London stadium sounds quiet again. I saw their statement and it was laughable. Terms such as "VIP area" and "customers". Do they realise it's a football match.
FireFox Posted 25 September 2016 Posted 25 September 2016 Is that the usual kit for West Ham's keeper? Looks like he has a vest on or something.
Howard99 Posted 25 September 2016 Posted 25 September 2016 Can't stand west ham anymore. When they had tevez and mascherano used to love them!
FireFox Posted 25 September 2016 Posted 25 September 2016 Apparently they were playing crowd noise before kick off

davieG Posted 25 September 2016 Posted 25 September 2016 People complain about the likes of shlupp with his crosses but this game has had the worst collection of crosses from both teams I've ever seen In 30 mins of football

NewEnglandFox Posted 25 September 2016 Posted 25 September 2016 I'm looking forward to West Ham's relegation battle. But only if both teams could lose today, I'd like that better.
erlee Posted 25 September 2016 Posted 25 September 2016 Sometimes i wish Leicester can pass the ball as well as some of the 'lower' teams like WHam or SOuthampton or Watford.

Tuna Posted 25 September 2016 Posted 25 September 2016 West Ham at some point this season will surely turn it around, however here is a clear example of how a scattergun approach to transfers does not work. I'd like to see what work West Ham put into their transfers and scouting. If you remember at the end of last season they were spunking our offers for Matt Ritchie and Callum Wilson. Was Wilson their top striking target? doubt it. Then they were after Carlos Bacca. Then finally Zaza arrived with days before the end of the trasnfer window. Buying players on reputation rather than how well they'll fit in to the club and the premier league. Do you really think Zaza sees West Ham as a move upwards in his career? From AC MIlan? How about Arbeloa who was with Real Madrid. What does he hope to achieve with West Ham? What is the challenge there? Then there are the loan players, are they hungry for success? Do they see themselves as being there for years and years? Doubt it. Mecenaries. What happened to Amunike from last season? Another pointless signing. It makes you very grateful for the groundwork we put into our signings as more often than not, they are hits rather than misses. Unless West Ham have a proper plan rather than throwing money at average playrs like Ayew and bringing players in on reputation, they'll not get anywhere.
Koke Posted 25 September 2016 Posted 25 September 2016 Wish we were playing West Ham, Stoke and Southampton early in the season.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 25 September 2016 Posted 25 September 2016 Seeing West Ham lose makes me think it could be so much worse for us hahaa

ARTY_FOX Posted 25 September 2016 Posted 25 September 2016 How was zaza not booked then? There was no contact

kingfox Posted 25 September 2016 Posted 25 September 2016 West Ham's defence is as bad as ours, but at least we don't give the ball away in stupid areas like that.

surrifox Posted 25 September 2016 Posted 25 September 2016 The critics of Mahrez and Vardy (not totally unjustified) should take a look at last seasons wonder boy Payet - wtf has happened to him ?
Tuna Posted 25 September 2016 Posted 25 September 2016 This reminds me of our game at St. James Park last season with West Ham being Newcastle, Southampton us.
