my mate watches a lot of South American football and Luan played for Gremio last night.

Asked him what he thought of him - 'graceful as fvck' lollol

'can feint and turn like a fvcking swordfish'

Top class scouting, in my opinion.

When he came on in their first game as they chased a goal, was impressed with the way he put himself about. he clearly has bags of talent. Can't see how this couldn't be a punt worth taking. Even if he didn't adapt to the PL, we would hardly lose any money on him on selling him to a decent European club. However, there is a limit on how many strikers we could carry though he could potentially play the Okazaki link up role as he has the physical stature I think is required in that area of the pitch.

Just seen Luan's goal against Colombia in the Olympics last night. Wow!

Gerrimin!

I've just seen that too, on the Olympics replay. I'm impressed with him & seems perfect in our style of play especially in the Okazaki role.

i think he would be a huge hit in the premiership.

Okay not really liked this guy but club desperately needs creative attacking midfielder from the centre, real numer 10

4-2-3-1 is alternative tactic Ranieri could play

This guy is exactly what I need. His final pass behind the back line is amazingly good & that's what we lack down the middle. Some of his passes today were different gravy & he didn't even have one of his best games.

He'd be superb as our attacking midfielder/No.10 - will give defenders a headache and give Mahrez a break from

being double teamed. This is the guy we need, let see what happens next week!

I've watched a couple of Brazil's games to check out Barbosa and have been

very impressed with Luan.

I agree. Really liked what I saw from an application perspective, never mind the ability etc.  We need someone in that link up area who can unlock defences.

Would be be a huge surprise though.

This team would be unreal...

           Vardy

Musa            Mahrez

           Luan

Drinky.      Paredes/Mendy

      Usual back 4

So good we don't need a goalie :)
