Yes I do try and skip over your repetitive posts about medicals. Not that simple though when you want to read a thread for some possibly informative info. No offence just my opinion and preference.

What if we buy him now, he has a brilliant home Olympics, and then comes to us fit as a fiddle and ready to boost our attacking options, and probably increased his value by a considerable amount given the exposure of such an event. Unless he has a stinker, I can't see what the downside would be.

Didn't a few of the articles from the Brazilian folk state we'd be submitting our offer after the Olympics? Sure I read something like that, either way both options have there risks, if he rips the Olympics to shreds we're going to have more competition for his signature and his price will probably go up, on the other hand he has a shocker of a tournament or gets injured he's not our player and we pull the plug
