Fatbloke Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 Bravo Sir. Genius. Sent from my SM-G920F using Tapatalk The tune is a brilliant idea but the lyrics are awful, blaming Mendy for Kante`s exit ! need the tune but with better words imo
inckley fox Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 The tune is a brilliant idea but the lyrics are awful, blaming Mendy for Kante`s exit ! need the tune but with better words imo I can't stand the words to any of these chants, I just sing along begrudgingly. But wouldn't it be better if the line was 'you came when Kante went to Chelsea' (if we put the stress on the 'e', which I think we're meant to anyway)?
Riot Van Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 Ah that's better N'golo All I wanted was a thank you
nnfox Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 Just trying to get my head round this "one of the biggest clubs in Europe"quote.Does he really think that.I mean Man u,Arsenal,Liverpool and maybe Man City and Spurs bigger in this country alone. Only Man U have won more trophies in the last 20 years. They consistently challenge at most competitions (last season was an exception). They consistently spend big money on big name players and pay big wages. Every day I see someone somewhere wearing a Chelsea shirt. It is fair to say Chelsea are one of the biggest clubs in Europe. That said, moving to Chelsea from Leicester this season makes no sense. I can only presume that the improved contract from Leicester did not include a release clause and longer term he feels he has more chance of sustained success. I am disappointed but not gutted.
possiblygeorge Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 Ah that's better N'golo All I wanted was a thank you Player agent probably told him to do that as a gesture. His agent, or himself, most likely saw on Social Media of our supporters blasting him for not acknowledging us. Almost like he was a hostage at gun point and had to read from a note.
dmayne7 Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 Newsflash my friend. Most players move on for monetary reasons. Andy King is still with us because no big club has come in for him. He's not with us due to sheer loyalty. Liverpool, Everton, West Ham, Villa?
Kendal Fox Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 I think it would have softened the blow abit, if had he gone for more money to me. That's another thing that sickens me. £32m? When Sterling Tom Daley goes for £50m? Pogba is worth £100m? Kante is worth atleast £60 - £70m in comparison. I know it means nothing to us - It's not our money, but even so. The world of Football transfers has gone crazy, expect for Leicester, get any of our players you want for knock down prices! Yep. Let's say he'd spent a season at Liverpool for example, even though they finished just above mid-table, he'd still have gone for 65 - 70m, no doubt. Obviously Chelsea had us by the balls - knowing that Ranieri had made it clear he didn't want an unhappy player in the squad - the financial reasoning being that though we won the league, we're still "Little Leicester" and if we know what's good for us we'll remember that and take what no other "big club" would pay us...
inckley fox Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 He'll go down as one of our best players ever. He may even go down as the best, who knows? And, while I don't see any reason why he couldn't have given us another year, I suppose Ranieri saying he'd be happy with a top half finish next season may have told him where the long-term success lies. That said, I find myself going through the same, largely inexplicable and slightly resentful thing I went through when O'Neill left - namely, that I hope at the end of his career there'll be nothing comparable to his time at Leicester. In Kante's case, I'd be very surprised if that were to transpire, but - as much as he'll get my support when we cross paths again - I'll be quietly hoping for him to end up wondering what might have been.
Kendal Fox Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 Jeez that's harsh, what a cvnt. If i wasn't fuming before i am now. Time to go and lie in a darkened room. He (probably his admin team) have got rid of everything from his time with us on his twitter account... Just really disappointed in so many ways...
tickler28 Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 I hope to god Chelsea are shit again this season...there's no guarantee they are going to win things and be dominant in Europe again (ask a Liverpool fan). Admittedly I think they will fair better than last season but they are competing for a top 4 place with the likes of Man City, Spurs, Arsenal, Man United, Liverpool, Southampton, West Ham and of course us? Ultimately this move was motivated by money and most probably pre planned when he first signed.....only thing is when he signed he was expecting Chelsea to be in the title race and Leicester to be fighting like Chelsea did....oh the irony!! I trully hope we invest this money wisely because nothing to say we can't find better than Kante. One thing we won't miss are his goals...1 goal in whole season at Leicester.....1 goal in first match for France!

One thing we won't miss are his goals...1 goal in whole season at Leicester.....1 goal in first match for France! True. I'm pissed off about the transfer still, one for the low few and how it's made out his joined Chelsea for the ambition/prestige club and we all know it's BS!! He can and will be replaced!! Personally I hope he never goes on to win anything again so he is always reminded about his time at FC Leicester. Nothing will show to him and other team members ambition now to use all that money and a household name, a good league performance again and shock the footballing world by getting to quarters of Champs League - little on FC Leicester hitting the ambition of Chelsea We all need to show him what his missing now, when we play Chelsea here and there get behind the boys, let him realise what a real club is whilst he has week in / week out of fake Chelsea fans turning up for the 'experience' with the odd moan and groan throughout the game
DennisNedry Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 Wouldn't have been annoyed at all if he'd had gone to any of the top clubs in the world.. but Chelsea?
weller54 Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 Doesnt even know the clubs name hahaha Illiterate ****!

CosbehFox Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 Can't believe people actually believe the quotes from him over the past few days are actually his. He doesn't do any media really. It's all his management agency
Larry_LCFC Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 If I thought for a second he wrote that himself or even meant it, I might half forgive him.
Harry - LCFC Posted 17 July 2016 Posted 17 July 2016 People should stop getting offended by what he puts on social media. We can tell it isn't him who posts these things as we know he's not a very 'social media' sort of guy and most of his posts have got that overly-polished, artificial feel to them.
