It's about time Wednesday made it back.

 

Newcastle will bounce straight back. 

 

Birmingham would be funny just to laugh at the Villa. But I forget Burton are in the Championship this year so obviously them.

Who I think will be promoted:

Newcastle United

Sheffield Wednesday

Norwich City

 

Wolverhampton can go far this season with all the new Chinese money, but will probably do a Wednesday 15/16.

 

Whom I want to be promoted (in parts pure wishful thinking):

Sheffield Wednesday

Brighton & Hove Albion

Burton Albion

If Burton get in the Prem while Notts Forest and Derby are in the Championship (or lower) I think I'd laugh myself in to a stroke.

 

Burton, Wednesday and Ipswich - just for a mate of mine.

Wednesday for certain, wouldn't mind Brighton. 

 

Derby coming up could be quite funny, simply because Sky and BT would bill it as the midlands derby, and it'd be funny to watch Forest flail about whining that they only hate each other.

Agree with the Burton Albion shout. They've done ever so well to get to where they are now, and for them to now gain promotion to the top flight would be a top story.

 

I remember us playing them when they were in League Two I think. Outstanding progression since then going through the leagues.

I accept that Newcastle and Norwich will most likely be back. Villas the only club I really don't want to come up.

 

I'd like it if Leeds came up but they're shambles. I'm far less excited about the Wednesday now than last year after their ticket prices.

 

I get weird with the clubs I want promoted. I want a Welsh club so either Swansea has to survive or Cardiff needs to come up. I want a Northeast club so either Boro or Sunderland has to survive or Newcastle comes up. Sorry Brighton but Southampton and Bournemouth is enough. I think Brighton is their own worst enemy and it's their own fault they didn't come up last year. They didn't prove to me they deserved to come up. They draw too many games they should win. I only want Ipswich to come up if it's with Norwich. I don't care about those clubs by themselves, only together.

I'd LIKE to see Ipswich, Blackburn and Leeds get promoted. Because I've got close friends/family who support Ipswich, Blackburn and Leeds. But as long as Forest and Derby stay down and suffer a bit longer and Newcastle and Villa find it tough, that's the main thing :thumbup:

To counter the baffling Wednesday rim-fest I'll go 1) a club that's not Wednesday 2) a club that's not Wednesday and 3) Fulham for the away trip.
