foxes_rule1978 Posted 1 October 2016 Posted 1 October 2016 Welcome back to your full time role at a proper time... not the ad board rubbish
Izzy Posted 1 October 2016 Posted 1 October 2016 This blessed plot, this earth, this realm, this England.
oxtonfox Posted 1 October 2016 Posted 1 October 2016 Shame for Shakey as he was the victim of circumstances that was out of his control. Still we get him full time. I think the club could do with promoting him too if that's possible. His value to the team is immense.
Wymsey Posted 1 October 2016 Posted 1 October 2016 No brainer. Next up, Phil Brown as assistant to Steve Bruce?..

Leicesterpool Posted 1 October 2016 Posted 1 October 2016 Feel sorry for Shakey, all this good with the foxes and he just gets one game for England. I'd have much rather have seen Shakespeare and Sammy Lee duo caretaker manage rather Gareth Southgate.
TheUltimateWinner Posted 1 October 2016 Posted 1 October 2016 Don't worry Shakey, you're the next Leicester manager
Soar Fox Posted 1 October 2016 Posted 1 October 2016 Thank god for that. Now if they could never call up Drinkwater & Vardy to the toxic, corrupt England camp that would be greatly appreciated.
Guest Mickyblueeyes Posted 1 October 2016 Posted 1 October 2016 Disappointed for Shakey. Achieved a lot in the last few years. Unfortunately, Southgate whose only achievement was relegating a Middlesborough side seems to be this generations FA daring and his influence is ridiculous. Glad to have him back full time though. England's loss is Leicester gain.
Dan Posted 1 October 2016 Posted 1 October 2016 Disappointed for him but it's a shame that someone like him is about when the national team is as rotten as it is. He deserves involvement in a better run one than this shambles.

STUHILL Posted 2 October 2016 Posted 2 October 2016 Shame for him but I am quite glad really as he can focus 100% of his time and energy on Leicester. It would have been nice to have a link with the England set-up and players (tapping up... ) but not to be and I didn't like the idea of Big Sam's negative football rubbing off on him anyway!
themightyfin Posted 2 October 2016 Posted 2 October 2016 Ironic if Bruce gets the job. one of the best players never to have won an England cap and a crap manager! Sums England up.
Chico1958 Posted 2 October 2016 Posted 2 October 2016 Sorry for Shakespeare cos the call up must have made him very proud But life goes on. As I'm from Wales I won't comment on the whole England thing, but watch Hoddle start dropping subtle hints left right and centre. Welcome back to a real job though Craig, sorry it didn't work out.
Guest Col city fan Posted 2 October 2016 Posted 2 October 2016 Good news. Literally don't give a shite about the FA, the England set up and all that goes with it. The international breaks are a boring waste of time. Welcome back full time.

The fa seem to think a manager of a youth team can do the senior job with no experience at that level albeit a couple of years at Boro. Stuart Pearce was similar wasn't he? It won't end well for Southgate.

desertfox2 Posted 2 October 2016 Posted 2 October 2016 Disgusting treatment of him by the FA and a big loss to England. Hope he gets a big payoff at least. Hardly his fault Allardyce is a greedy twat
Clever Fox Posted 2 October 2016 Posted 2 October 2016 Nice to have on your CV that you were an England Coach but he's better off out of it. Now he can concentrate with Don Claudio in getting us to the Champions league Finals.
Wymsey Posted 2 October 2016 Posted 2 October 2016 Apart from Rooney and Kane, genuinely struggling to think of a player that's actually benefitted in playing for the national side.
