Webbo Posted 15 October 2016 Author Posted 15 October 2016 I don't think the changes made much difference. I think we were better second half before the subs.

LAprice_ Posted 15 October 2016 Posted 15 October 2016 If Musa was bad then Vardy was completely awful.
Arriba Los Zorros Posted 15 October 2016 Posted 15 October 2016 Our recruitment has been diabolical and we haven't adapted to the new players and it is dragging everyone else down with it: Musa - Making a case for being one of our worst ever signings. Thought he was shit before and after seeing him, he's even worse than I expected.lower Championship level / a 200 m runner not a footballer - an expensive mistake Amartey - needs to be eased in now thrown in Albrighton - Mr Hoof. head down and unable to play short passes Schlupp - see Musa but at least be didn't cost £16m Morgan / Huth - Being found out without Kante in front of them Ranieri - Has benefitted from Pearson and Walsh's work but on his own may be being found out. Jury still out - let's hope he's learning. Hernandez - see Amartey Vardy - Trying hard but doesn't have a sniff when we are this defensive Fuchs / Drinkwater / Kasper - Still close to last season's level but hampered by those around them This had better pick up soon
Wymsey Posted 15 October 2016 Posted 15 October 2016 Musa seems a weak link upfront. Not strong enough and goes in circles at times.
stix Posted 15 October 2016 Posted 15 October 2016 There's no fight in this team at the minute, until the game is already beyond us. Absolutely no idea what to do or where to go, pointless hoofing, a second behind play for 75 minutes today. Won't single out individuals because nobody in red was in the game at all for massive parts....again.

Looks lazy as shit to me.
NewEnglandFox Posted 15 October 2016 Posted 15 October 2016 Ranieri got what he deserved putting out that lineup. I'm absolutely livid.
AyewJoking Posted 15 October 2016 Posted 15 October 2016 drinkwater wasnt dog shít and i felt sorry for kasper but everyone else..........JESUS - FÚCKING - WEPT im off to lidl, fúck you all!
Guest CityFan 06 Posted 15 October 2016 Posted 15 October 2016 4-3-3 should've been implemented from the start. Musa and Vardy were isolated, Albrighton suits being on the right. The recurring theme still remains that we need a different, more solid shape away from home whether that be 4-3-3 or similar. Drinkwater was our best player.

foxes_rule1978 Posted 15 October 2016 Posted 15 October 2016 This isn't the Vardy we had last season, he chased everything even seemingly lost causes and made goals. None of that is happening now, something is wrong, we only see the real Leicester in the CL
HankMarvin Posted 15 October 2016 Posted 15 October 2016 Start worrying when the opposition fans are singing "Champions of England, you're gonna go down"
purpleronnie Posted 15 October 2016 Posted 15 October 2016 It went pretty much as I expected. I'm more concerned about beating teams around us. As much as I would like another season like last, it wasn't ever going to happen. I'd be pretty happy with a run in the CL and to stay up. I think it's time for some to refocus and get back to reality.
Gerard Posted 15 October 2016 Posted 15 October 2016 A lot of fans on here didn't want to see anyone leave from our title winning team. There's very little loyalty in football, we needed upgrades rather than rewarding average players with big contracts. We've failed to capitalize on our better standing.

Hammo Posted 15 October 2016 Posted 15 October 2016 Same old story away from home. Outplayed by a much better team. Hande them a 1-0 lead on a plate. Drinkwater and Schmeichel our only players performing to standard but again let down by teammates not doing their job. Vardy seemingly a spent force. Musa and Hernandez abject. Still, painful though it feels right now, I'd trade this defeat for a home win on Tuesday, when Kante (who was masterful today) will be twiddling his thumbs.

Guest Posted 15 October 2016 Posted 15 October 2016 3 in midfield with drinky pushing on as number 10. Drop vardy and bring in slimani to hold on to the ball. Albrighton on the right, gray/mahrez on the left to cross it in. Two cdms in amartey and mendy. Then spend spend spend on midfield. Defence gets no protection this season.

James and King playing regularly in CM, nugent up front etc. We've now been mullered and lost by 3/4 goals three times in eight games is it. The issue isn't 4-4-2, or one particular player. It's how we're going about playing it. 4 games away from home and 13 goals conceded ( I wonder incidentally if there is a worse record across all four divisions?...That's one for you to open your stats book for) and it STILL isn't about 442? Well you're stubborn..I'll give you that.
