eblair Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 Has there ever been a ref to give as many completely ludicrous decisions against us (Jon Moss was only one game): booking kramaric for diving against spurs 2 or 3 stonewall penalties against man city in our first year in the prem (none given) the nathan dyer penalty the penalty today that 6 appalling decisions in two years, can anyone remember any other shocking decisions he has given against us
Guest ttfn Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 I can't believe the club didn't complain when he was given this fixture after his refereeing in the two FA Cup ties at WHL in the last 2 years.

ARTY_FOX Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 I've said it time and time again. He is the worst referee in the league by a long long way. That was before he started screwing us over at ever opportunity too
Max Power Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 He was bad for both sides tbf. Just a poor ref.

pazzerfox Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 The ref was utter garbage.. Deli Ali was going down every time he got touched. Once, he pirouetted and fell into King, who just standing there. A woeful referring performance.

foxfanazer Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 Disgrace today. I'd hope its just incompetence but displays like this make you question his integrity. He was practically giddy giving that penalty decision
lgfualol Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 ****ing useless twat. Didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing today and totally sucked off Alli whenever he went down. Him giving Spurs a freekick for Alli losing the ball and falling into King was the shittest call of the game.

Vacamion Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 Dele Alli is the darling of the press, probs because he is the only half decent England midfielder. I think the Bobster got swept up in Alli's PR and awarded him fouls which other players might not have got. Despite my comments in the match thread (mostly in anger or in in jest) I'm pretty reassured that it was incompetence, not bias. I'll roll my eyes when he next gets a Leicester game, but I think picking and choosing refs is the thin end of a wedge we don't want. Leave crying about refs to other clubs. Leicester City are better than that.
fazzyfox Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 It's been too many times now, I seriously believe that since the Man City away game where he laughed in players faces for appealing for a penalty (they said it was inside the box, he laughed at them "No it wasn't") and justifiably got loads of flack from them there has been an irreversible standoff of "personalities" and we now suffer from not having the same kind of flowing dialogue with him that his favourites get (usually the big clubs playing at home), like the refs who call Rooney "Wayne" and our players by their shirt number! If there are assessors in the stands then how the hell does he keep getting these games. Looked at his Twitter tweets once, researching what kind of guy he is, arrogant, piss-taking of small clubs (example "I'm reffing at (lower league club) tonight wherever that is") and just full of himself.

Monsell1976 Posted 29 October 2016 Posted 29 October 2016 When there is no structure for refs to be dropped as a result of a poor performance, these shite ref will keep getting away with it. Worst case scenario the assessor will identify his poor performance, and he will be relegated to a less high profile match, when he should be dropped a division, then if he improves, he steps back up, doesn't improve, down another division. There is to much money at the top, every point counts, and the refs need sorting, as a lot of the games are about the refs, not the players.
