Chimme Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Finally, Bruges played like the fans want to see them play. In the second half at least. Leicester were all over the place. Great goal by Izquierdo. We will not meet each other again soon since you guys won't qualify for Europe I guess. It was good fun. Good luck against the big teams now.
Webbo Posted 22 November 2016 Author Posted 22 November 2016 Do we play the reserves against Porto now?
Izzy Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Leicester City are in the last 16 of the Champions League - something I never thought I'd say in my lifetime. Easy group, it's only Brugge, we're playing crap, blah, blah, blah. Right now I don't care. We won the group and now have an outside chance of qualifying for the quarter finals. Before the doom and gloom mongers say we're only 'papering over the cracks', just remember Man U, Chelski and Spurs would all love to be where we are right now. I'm proud as fvck to be a City fan tonight. Onwards and upwards...
NewEnglandFox Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 First half good. 2nd half Scary. Gray wants to put the ball in the back of the net so bad. Must start.

You can only beat what's put in front of you and we have breezed the group whilst the spuds are out! Quarter finals of the Champs League. NOW...let's sort out the bloody league form! Last 16, actually Col
trabuch Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 What a debut in the CL - win the group with a game to spare. Good job too what with Spurs damaging the coefficient. Vardy really does deserve a goal.
foxes_rule1978 Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Spurs out haha, means yet again we finish above them... guaranteed a top 16 place in Europe this season get in!
pSinatra Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Enjoy the moment. It's not every day little old Leicester win their Champions League group. Seemed a lot harder than it needed to be, but a good overall performance. Unfortunate to concede in the way we did & I'm not blaming Zieler, but Kasper would have saved it
RowlattsFox Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 How has this group of players won the premier league and now won a champions league group??? despite looking at times like they've never seen a football before. Good first half but Bruges were passengers. Poor second half and hardly convincing. Still an incredible achievement, we are almost certainly going out in last 16 whoever we draw so just going to enjoy it.
Phube Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Surely someone can come up with a funny Spurs screwing up the coefficient chant!
Chester Dontlie Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 WE'RE LEICESTER CITY WE'RE TOP OF THE GROUP WOOOOOOOOOO IN CHAMPIONS LEAGUE DILLY ****ING DING DILLY ****ING DONG Also, Shinji

RowlattsFox Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Also, Spurs they'll probably go and do well in europa league and everyone will be up there arses again despite failing in a poor group.
carled Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 We'll get a knockout draw vs. an "easy" team like fc bratwurst and get knocked out playing scared.

Dr The Singh Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Glad we have won, but I feel our league form is not gonna improve from this performance
Larry_LCFC Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Great result but we should have scored a hat full. Would player kasper with a broken hand over zieler. His distribution is so slow and aimless and has absolutely no communication with the defence. Poor keeper.
whoareyaaa Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 As much as I like him Owen doesn't have talk some nonsense
Barky Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Vintage first half hour, but seemed to tire quite quickly after that. Not surprising given the number of games these guys are playing.
Guest Basildon Fox Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Leicester will ruin the co-efficient and embarrass England blah blah blah. **** you Spurs and your twatty fans. Leicester City group winners in the Champions League. Get in!!
foxes_rule1978 Posted 22 November 2016 Posted 22 November 2016 Kasper confirms it isn't an error, end of argument
