Interesting that Boro has only won one in ten. I do feel Vardy is very close to clicking. His energy levels are good, he's not afraid to try things, and I'm certain goals are imminent

I think JV is about to go on another scoring run soon :fc: Leicester start winning in the Prem again

Not confident about this at all. Boro looked decent against Chelsea and we'll be without our best performer of the season, although I do think he could do with a rest. I hope this forces Claudio into changing the formation a little, although we're so light in the middle of the park I don't really know what he can do.

One thing is for sure is that if Drinkwater is unavailable then Okazaki must start otherwise they will make mincemeat out of us. I'm firmly of the opinion that it is either Slimani OR Vardy, not both. Okazaki is vital.

Harvey Barnes is being given round the clock lessons on how to lose all natural ability and flair so he can compete with King and Amartey for a spot.

I'd have much more confidence in this game if we could drop Zieler for an outfield player and play rush goalies.

Still has to be a home win for me though.

It's about time we rotated Morgan/Huth with Hernandez for league games. My lineup if Slimani's not available:

Zieler

Simpson, Hernandez, Huth, Fuchs

Mahrez, Barnes, Amartey, Musa

Kaputska

Vardy

obviously ranieri will go 442 with amartey and king

if it isnt working, he may change it on 64 minutes.

Not a lot of pre match research by boro needed, tactics from boro, just sit back against our 4-4-2, leicester cannot break it down, and they will make a mistake, so boro will score.

Been saying hopefully Claudio will change things for weeks, but never happens, another predictable, clues less performance again I feel this weekend.

I am waiting to be proved wrong, but very much doubt it.

If you actually look at our available squad, and take into account possible suspensions, current injuries, and those just not being selected for the match day squad, we are left with 18, so it kinda picks itself for Boro:

Zieler.

Simpson
Huth.
Morgan.
Fuchs.
                                                                                                      Mahrez.
King.
Amartey.
Albrighton

Okazaki.

Vardy.

Hamer
Hernandez
Waswilewski.
Schlupp.
Gray
Musa.

Will be tight, won't be pretty but I think all the doom and gloom is slightly misplaced. We are still pretty strong at home and need to start well as we did yesterday.
