2017 Deathlist

Recommended Posts

Most on here have probably never heard of him, but Argentinian golfer and Hall of Famer Roberto De Vicenzo died today aged 94

He won the Open Championship in 1967 and could have won the Masters in '68 if he hadn't signed for a wrong score and missed out on a playoff by one shot.

His famous quote afterwards "What a stupid I am!" is well known in golfing folklore.

RIP

Under 40 - Lewis Hamilton

First time in years I've not had Peter Sallis on my list because @pSinatra beat me to it and guess what happens!

Andy Cunningham - Bodger & Badger, Dies aged 67.

Badger is still alive and well, and living in a mountain of mashed potatoes

I heard he died of TB due to the inadequacy of the badger cull.

We need a free vote on badger baiting as well as fox hunting.

Holy Alzheimer's Batman, they got you :(

A shame to think he died never remembering the legend he became as the greatest superhero ever.

I hope they shine a bat-beacon in the sky at his funeral.
