Managers worth bringing in?

If we stay up I think we could attract Brendan Rodgers away from Celtic in the summer.

Yes, Celtic are a bigger club than us but the Premier League > SPL.

I would never advocate sacking Claudio

But it is a distinct possibility

Other suggestion could be Director of Football

And go Headhunt Gary Monk.

I'd go and ask the players why they have let the man who gave them fame and fortune so much disrespect.

I think it's a very strong possibilty we'll go for Roy Hodgson if we get rid of Claudio.

Basically, I'm not against it really. England, well what a disaster that was last summer but his recent jobs in England have been very sound at Fulham and West Brom. He was doing very well at West Brom before he left, a man of vast experience and I wouldn't write him off if we went down that road. He'd be desperate to succeed and wouldn't cost much.

As a six month job he's probably the best available. Experience, respect, worked with egos, actually uses tactics to tighten up defences, knows the league and the players. Long term, goodness no... but if the owners make a change (don't think they will) I wouldn't be averse to it.

Please God no. This would so seriously test my 45 year loyalty to my beloved home town football club.

His 4 year tenure as England manager was an unmitigated disaster. Sailed through the qualifiers because the groups were so easy but had no clue at all when the crunch time arrived during tournament football.

I can't be any clearer that Roy Hodgson is a 100% no in my opinion.

Progressive long term mangager. We should go for Sean Dyche. Similar to Pearson- his teams play for him and they rarely get thrashed, he also doesn't 'waste' money. Hopefully bring Keane and Defour with him as well.

He seems like a manager than has a plan and is 'building' something special.

Look at the Arsenal game today they were very unlucky not to get a point

I'm not even sure what you're getting at.

Im getting at the fact people thought CR was the best manager ever last season yet now calling for his head.

Eduardo Berizzo. He's very Pochettino-like and as much as I dislike Spurs, that bloke's a superb coach.

Marcelino best coach out of work right now.

But it's irrelevant becuase they'll never sack Ranieri. I think he might jack it in the summer no matter what happens.

I think people are forgetting that we aren't title contenders anymore, we are the mid-lower table premier league team.

And so the only managers that will be interested in joining us for now, are the ones that fit that billing, or taking a chance on an up-and-coming talent.

At the start of last season, we would be jumping with joy at the possibility of getting someone like Van Gaal, now suddenly it's depressing.

They wont sack Ranieri anyway, so it doesn't matter.

And I don't think we will get relegated this season, but there needs to be a change in the summer.

Why would he want to join us?

May fancy his chances of getting them up via the play offs and is already a hero there, so why would he come to us?

Chance to manage the current champions of England? Even without that we are bigger than Huddersfield.

All the players have let CR down and now it's up to the players to but things right sack the players not CR

I imagine the owners would look to Europe. I mean, Ranieri hadn't worked in England for a fair old while.

Hopefully Ranieri works it out, and if not, anyone but Hodgson.

Remember that any new manager will first have to deal with a whole lot of underperforming players.

It's never a good sign when people are putting in transfer requests or appearing disgruntled. Indeed I wonder how and why we made some of our signings these last couple of seasons and why there has been an increasing undercurrent of discontent since we won the title.

I can think of at least ten first team squad members who have seemed, less than happy this season. It's too many.

And not an atmosphere I'd envy anyone if that's really the way it is.

Although i think he is a decent manager, i think we should go with a younger ambitious manger with a clear vision for the future. A positive offensive brand of football, I rather a long term progressive agenda. Personally.
