Is this true? If so, it really is suggestive of a proper rift. I can't remember if that's true but nobody ever celebrates that much when it isn't at least an equaliser.

Mahrez, Albrighton and Morgan I think were the players who congratulted him from TV footage as well as him and Kasper who got on fine afterwards in the post match interview.

Runs over to the corner flag to celebrate, lifts his shirt over his head to reveal a t-shirt with a picture of CR and the words "thank you Claudio" written underneath. You heard it here first... More like: Vardy scores, runs to the west stand and points to his missus in his box. The camera pans to her giving birth right there and the spectacular moment occurs live on TV where Nigel Pearson erupts from Mrs. Vardy' netherbits stark naked except for a pair of pearly white trainers.

HybridFox Posted 27 February 2017 Posted 27 February 2017 I wouldn't read too much into it all honesty. It's not as if we had won the game. There was still time to play.
Wymsey Posted 27 February 2017 Posted 27 February 2017 Can see him going on a goal-scoring spree now. He's not got nothing to prove after last season but he'll know he's had a bad drought recently and scoring against Sevilla gives him the platform to add to his tally. Now he's 30, not sure how long before his pace declines, though.

Someone photoshop this now please. Also photoshop in someone taking their mouth for a sh*t.
Danizen Posted 27 February 2017 Posted 27 February 2017 If Pearson comes back, at least Vardy will pick up a bit of form. He's Pearson's boy, through and through.

You heard it here first... **** off will he! He spent that massive pay rise on a knife collection.... It more likely to read "Claudius Caesar, can I have my knives back now?" Ps- I know historically it was Julies who was stabbed int back, but Claudio will forever be MY Emperor

I believe CR was told he would be going before this game, and was allowed one more chance to be worshipped. Hence why Vardy showed up for the first time since Man City.
Number 6 Posted 27 February 2017 Posted 27 February 2017 Maybe I'm mad but genuinely think his movement has been alright this past month, he's just either had nothing fed to him or has snatched at half chances. I think with a bit of confidence he could be key to our survival.
Wymsey Posted 27 February 2017 Posted 27 February 2017 Back to his best now for sure, as if he's refreshed and has renewed motivation. Regarding his lookalike, despite him being quite annoying, feel sorry that he's been a victim of his 'success'.. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-leicestershire-39050298
coolhandfox Posted 28 February 2017 Posted 28 February 2017 Love him, he's on my nice list, thanks Jamie!

UPinCarolina Posted 28 February 2017 Posted 28 February 2017 Maybe we called the party too soon? We can only hope!
STUHILL Posted 28 February 2017 Posted 28 February 2017 Similar to Manchester City, the way Liverpool set up, was tailor made for Vardy to exploit. He may have run further than any of game, but that was more due to the space he was afforded and being able to feed him those types of passes he loves. One thing we all know, is that if he gets a decent chance, he will more often than not, finish it. Curious to see how he does against Hull now, as they will give him far less space and he will likley have to receive the ball to feet a little more with his back to goal. I think Slimani or Ulloa might be needed at some point in the game.
