Getting the sack and being re-employed on a regular basis is an excellent career plan it wouldn't surprise me if the League Managers Association ran courses on it.

Everyone's talking about Pardew being sacked but no-one seems to have mentioned the self proclaimed 'best coach in the Premier League', John Carver who has been sacked along with Pardew. Ballsy decision by West Brom.

Pardew sacked...has to be right up there with Les Reed and Pepe Mel as worst appointment in Premier League history.

And the American bloke at Swansea?

Don't forget when Burnley got Brian Laws in after Owen Coyle. Or West Brom giving Alan Irvine a job.

But an untried disaster WBA had fair warning that Pardew was unlikely to succeed.

Remi Garde?

Avram Grant - West Ham

Worse than Pardew IMO. Pardew inherited an old, slow, dispirited team going down.

Grant's West Ham team Scott Parker, Wayne Bridge, Tomkins and Gabbidon at centreback. Not world beaters but a squad capable of mid table. He relegated them.

Sherwood was the awful appointment at Villa, Garde only compounded that decision

Pearson and shakey to West Brom

Don’t see it happening myself as they are both on a good thing already especially Pearson

How is 1 win and 8 draws only 8 points? I know it's not your graphic.

Well spotted although I think the points are right as it should 5 draws and a win with 8 losses

Shakey and/or Appleton maybe, Pearson no way.

Presumably won't be officially appointed until end of season?

Sean Dyche - "don't want to get carried away about that", proceeds to spend the entire interview moaning about not getting penalties having bought it up himself

Tarkowski has a penalty given against him for accidentally treading on an Italian's foot but does not get a penalty when Hegazi practically removes JT's shirt in the penalty area.

With all the "soft" penalties given - Arsenal against Stoke on Sunday - it is scarcely believable that Burnley are the only team not to be awarded a spot-kick this season.:)

Wow, not one penalty ? That is unbelievable ! I haven’t watched your boys much tbf, but aren’t they more reliant on a solid defence, rather than their attacking prowess ? I Either way you’ve had a fantastic season

They’ve scored 29 goals this season and sit in 7th place. Shows the lack of quality teams in the league this season. Defensively impressive tbf to them
