Fair enough i'd prefer a younger CB too, but Vermaelen's hardly over the hill. Wages might be an issue of course, but hardly ridiculous suggestions. TAFKA Castroneves Posted 11 July 2017 Share Posted 11 July 2017 Arnautovic is one of the last players i'd consider signing, he looks like he's not bothered to take care of himself this summer from the pre-season video SSN was showing while talking about his possible departure from Stoke - think Mkhitaryian mark 2. He's got a reputation for being difficult and i wouldn't want that sort of character (no matter how good he is/potentially is) being introduced here personally, too risky on many fronts. Problem would be though, we then have to sign another centre back in a year when he returns to Chelski, as well as probably having to sign another given the age of Huth and Wes.
