Would still love him to be a Leicester player next season. It is possible that with a fresh start and a strengthened squad he might recapture his form of 2015/16.

Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Monaco and Barcelona have all been linked with him but nobody has put in a firm bid according to the media.

Liverpool will buy Salah for £35m and already have MANÈ who plays in his position. Barcelona have recalled Gerard Deulofeu to be a back up to their front 3. Also, they won't pay £30m+ for a back up player. Monaco will not pay the wages Mahrez wants or the fee we want as they buy young talents and sell for a profit. That is their model. Arsenal are the only club I can see going in for him but I can only see them buying him if Ozil or Sanchez leave. They need a striker more than anything.

Not saying he will go there.

Surely great players are still on form when those around him aren't. Great players change the people around him. Good players are as good or bad as the players around them.
