thats the point though, the longer teams wait the cheaper they will get him, if he does stay we will have someone on the books who does not want to be here.........look how well thats turned out for other premiership teams

Or we say, if a team dosent offer what we want before a certain date then he is staying. Then everyone knows the situation and Mahrez knows where he stands.

10 days remaining to the July 1st  transfer window will open and the four clubs waiting for mahrez ( barca Liverpool Chelsea and arsenal ) will get it right  a bid a clear one and every body will be happy mahrez and the happy fans will tell good luck and thank you ryad for everything   And the unhappy fans not say the ones who bear a negative sentiment towards him will see the RW     Empty for gray and the likes

On the radar according to the London Evening Standard alongside others. One hell of  a team if they pull off all these signings

Just can't see him fitting in at Chelsea. Nowhere near on Hazard's level and I think Willian is probably better too. Also not forgetting Pedro played most games last season

Transfer window opens on June 10th or thereabouts and closes August 31st every year.

Makes you realise just how much we accomplished in 2016. Criminal that teams can spend like that. Even as recent champions we cant compete with this year in year out.

 

Oh and mahrez can suck it up and deliver this upcoming season :)

Mahrez is under contract.  If teams don't meet our valuation then there will be no sale.

 

All this talk of transfer deadline day bargains rubbish.

 

The lad is a professional, I saw no signs of sulking...only being marked out if most games....if he remains here I'm sure he will get his head down and have a cracking 2017/18 season.

 

If he goes then good luck to the lad. I will be forever grateful for his time here.

Yes he was marked out of games on occasion but are you honestly saying the season before when we won the league no one thought, especially in the second half of the season after already playing us that no one thought about doubling up on him? I actually rmember seeing them do so.

 

 

He clearly couldn't be bothered  at times. last year- it was so obvious. He gave up too often and his head would go down so quickly. He obviously didnt want to be here.

Sorry I didn't realise we were basing it on that season alone. My bad! You're right Riyad was miles better that season so is obviously the superior player

He will be staying... cant see any big offers or clubs to match his wages.

If you said look we've signed this guy for 35mil and i looked at his performance i would think you were joking.

He needs to knuckle down and sort his game out or he wont be starting  for us never mind any other club

We are now at a stage where we have a few players that are gambles: slimani...mendy...amarty.... kapuska..  ie enough

We have ambition so we must only sign players with top six quality. 

Similarly mahrez's targets will look for proven quality.... so he will be staying unless they are gamblers
