shen Posted 13 May 2017 Share Posted 13 May 2017 The problem with Mahrez in these tight situations is that he dallies on the ball too long. He takes too long to play it back/sideways which allows the opponent to press on the front foot or get tight to him. It's all fine and well wanting his marker to get tight if he spins away to receive a ball over the top, but he doesn't. He just jockeys back out wide and the opponents continue their press.
