I'd just like to say it was good of the club to put all of the games online for free. They could have charged a small fee and some of us sad bastards would have paid it. Very good of them.

Iheaneacho looked more pissed off than in pain, which is probably understandable given how long the transfer has taken. I expect it's a pretty minor knock that's seen him taken off as a precaution and he'll be in the cryo chamber tomorrow morning.

 

Otherwise, promising second half display and the trio of Mahrez--Iheaneacho-Vardy looks as though it'll be deadly on form.

After a fairly dross preseason thus far, we finally put it a good showing in the last game. Coming from behind and Vardy getting on the score sheet are nice bonuses. If we play our best team we can be super competitive - as long as we get at the opposition and put them under pressure.

 

Hope Nacho is not injured for long, the brief glimpse of the interchange was exciting. I also think he could have just finished himself if he wanted to, he's great in that part of the pitch.

 

Special shout out to Matty James who struggled to begin with but by the end looked like vintage Drinkwater!

Hope Nacho's injury isn't serious.

 

Great to see Matty James play 90 minutes. I thought he, Maguire, Vardy, Ndidi, and Morgan were all very good.

 

Their keeper had a storming game as well.

 

I'm a little disappointed Gray didn't impose himself on the game a bit more. As soon as Mahrez came on it was clear that he is a cut above Gray and Albrighton. If we don't lose him in the next 4 weeks and he knuckles down and gets motivated, it will be some sort of miracle.

 

There wasn't enough time to see much of Lawrence but that attempt at controlling the ball in the spin has me optimistic. He must be a confident lad and it'll be nice to see what he can do in a proper game.

Totally Webbo!! I would happily pay, in fact in the US, we going to have to pay $50 (for the season) on top of our TV subscription for ALL the games.  Some people are kicking off as it was free last year.  I'm too old to scramble for feeds if it's cheap.  I spend enough on City anyway! It does suck to be nickel and dimed, and I'm glad City didn't do it.  Wonder if it is a preview as part of pre-season to get us hooked, then a paywall goes up?

Iheanacho and Vardy looked a decent partnership even for those 10 min or so he was on the pitch can see these two grabbing quite a few goals together this season, James looked quality also much improved performance pity Vards didn't grab his Hatrick and Hazard hope Shakey had a word in his ear to come join us !!

Hoping Iheanacho isn't too badly injured for him to pair up with Vards next Friday !!

James is a decent footballer.  I think DD will struggle to get back in once James has his run in the side.  I would start him next week for sure.

 

Maguire is excellent too with the ball.  We might even score from corners...:D

Morgan looked shaky at times, Maguire will be paying for England, Fuchs had a better second half after some howlers.

I ****ing love Harry Maguire already. An absolute snip at £17m imho.

 

Gutted for Kelechi. That Benes bloke better never set foot in Leicester again the bastard.
