Marc Albrighton

Undiscutable starter. Constant in his performances, a real power house and an unsung hero for sure. I rate him very highly. Went missing in the second half yesterday though.

Yes he did, Unlike him. I suspect it was all the ground he had covered first half.

Funnily he always reminds me of Milner although better. Both came from Villa and Both let go by their Clubs. Man city and Villa. I'm sure he's one of the first on the Team Sheet.

Class of his own...

could easily build a team around.... Albrighton, Maguire, Vardy, Nacho, Ndidi Schmeichel.

I suspect that's the plan

I don't  think he disappeared as such he was just pushed back to defend more like most of the team especially after they brought on Walcott, Ramsey and Giroud, a bit of a step up from our 3 subs.

It depends on the Intent of getting your Top  Quality squad Players, being automatic choice and giving them their Reins,

Over a Long period of games (injuries accepted).

What was encouraginging from last night was our positive approach , from word go. Using Albrighton on the front foot.

He drifted in 2nd half, but he had put in a bigger shift than even Shinji.

He and Vardy are my Favourite  city players, they  create those special moments, they are sly, cheeky, backed with

Underrated ball skills.Which make them more dangerous than players like Mahrez and Gray.

Albrighton is Leicester glue.

Marc was absolutely sensational in the first half at the emirates.

You go to that game unsure of leicester and you're asked to pick out the winger much sought after you'd be surprised to discover it's mahrez!

I see people defending Mahrez after last night's performance saying he had an assist and another pass to Vardy - that was the sum of his positives, he also cost us 2 goals and could have been many more. Albrighton also had an assist and several passes that could've been for goals, on top of that he stopped attack after attack with his defence and harrying.

Of the 2 he is the player I'd want to keep. He is the true face of LCFC and yet Mahrez is the £50m ? rated player.

Albrighton does run out of steam in the second half of games for the same reason that Okazaki does. He puts his all into every moment he is on the pitch. For all Mahrez sublime skills, work rate isn't one of them.

Love Albrighton, one of the very very few who didn't let himself down last season too.

Well said FIF ! ...     I said something very similar a season or two ago and incurred the full wrath of 'Team Riyad" ...    lovely man and a fookin star.

Didnt think he was quite top class until saw his performances against Sevilla and Ath. Madrid and realised i was wrong.

Seems to be taking a little longer to pick out someone now instead of just crossing everything at the earliest opportunity.

LIke Vardy has improved markedly with age..says something for his work ethic and our coaching staff.

England should give him a try

I'd love for us to sign a left footed version of him at RW and a right footed version of Fuchs at RB. Our team would be perfectly balanced and complete ! :P

Been our best player since Shakespeare took the reigns last season.

He's got to be on some energy pills or something, he never seems to tire nowadays. He always gives 100%, vastly underrated and is one of the best crossers in the Prem.

England call up for sure.

He looked knackered with 10/15 mins to go at Arsenal.

He was right in front of us in the corner when he tried to beat two players but his legs couldn't do it.

What a bloody fantastic signing he's been. Has his critics but I genuinely think he had the best delivery in the prem. As others have said he's been our best player since Shakey took over

Obviously forgot to take his half time energy pill then.

He's phenomenal

Most underrated player in the premier league, he's constantly overlooked for England squads when quite frankly he should be one of the first names on the squad list if it was done on merit.
