When can you use a phone in your vehicle? The law is clear on when you can use a hand-held device behind the wheel. It is only legal if you are safely parked – and this does not include waiting in traffic or when sat at the traffic lights. https://www.rac.co.uk/drive/advice/legal/mobile-phone-laws/ Edited 5 October 2018 by Spudulike

FoxInTheBirstallBox Posted 5 October 2018 Share Posted 5 October 2018 I can't believe how much these hills have eyes kind of folk are whinging about this. The amount of things the club are going to put back into the community to keep everyone happy is amazing yet they still moan. I hope none of these wankers complain when they use the new A and E at the royal, which our owners helped fund

urban.spaceman Posted 8 October 2018 Share Posted 8 October 2018 It’s got a few laughs and it would be quite funny to grass him up. But using your phone when driving is seriously ****ing dangerous, especially at a junction you’ve professed to be already life threatening. A friend of mine was knocked down and killed by a driver using his phone while we were out and about; if I were 3 metres further back it would have been me. Innocent lives are lost because of cvntish behaviour like this. All it takes is a lapse in concentration, a slip of a foot or someone stopping illegally to take a picture to exaggerate a point, and lives get wiped out. Report the twat.

Russell sprout Posted 8 October 2018 Share Posted 8 October 2018 I don’t know if people are being sarcastic when they said report him, that video is years old and nothing would come of reporting it, the video footage should have been a hint to how old that video is,Nokia phone footage from 10 years ago
