Honestly the best game I have ever attended in my entire life.

I would give absolutely anything to relive that day.

What's more, it was on my birthday too! Never gonna top that!

Happy birthday!

Vardy's finishing that night was a bit off wasn't it lol

Yeah I was just thinking the same watching it back ha ha! you can see how upset he was with himself though.

It has to be the best game I have ever been to!

Palace play-off final at the old Wembley was up there although I was quite young so the memories are not too clear lol

On a side note, Vicente Iborra captained Sevilla that night but I don't think I even noticed him the whole game.

I missed a Direct Debit payment and subsequently wasn't let into the Atletico game. As a result of that, this stands as my last home champions league memory for now. What an incredible night.

Easy to disregard teams like Sevilla as they're not in that Barcelona/Madrid category, but seeing them knock United out last night just shows what a big scalp it was.

I've never hugged so many randomers when Kasper made that pen save.

Goals from Morgan and Albrighton to give us an amazing night, heroes that night. Fast forward one year and they get dogs abuse on here every time they are picked.

Nowt as fickle as football fans.

Dogs abuse is unacceptable. However, I hope you're not suggesting they should be picked on the basis that they both scored a goal a year ago...

Of course they shouldn’t be picked because they scored, but when they are picked they should get nothing but support for everything they have both contributed to our recent successes.

Albrighton in particular had a magnificient game. Infact after Claudio was sacked he played some of the best football I've seen from him.

We were raving more than 15 years later about our previous excursions to Europe which resulted in defeats in the UEFA cup, although the fact that they were utterly unlikely to be repeated until the miracles started happening probably made them stick in the mind.

If we don’t get back in the Champs League, we’ll be talking about this game until we die...

Sheer Magic.

Any excuse to see this again.

It really was a truly special night for the club and is the single best match I've had the pleasure of watching.

Lifetime contract.

This guy is Leicester City defined.

I think that every year, on 14th March, we should have, er, a march around all those sites. This would be a celebration of the whole crazy story of April 2015 to April 2017. The march could be in this order:

Space Centre

Cathedral

Clock Tower

University

King Power

Old John

Stopping for 'refreshements' at selected points en route.

And of course we'll invite these guys:

This thread inspired me to watch the game again.

The way we pressed!  Even Riyad put in a two-way effort.   A shocking contrast to how Sevilla were allowed to impose their game on ManU yesterday.

The CL knockout rounds were the last hurrah of the Old Guard at their heroic peak.  I saw peak Fuchs.  Peak Kasper.  Huth.  Players who at their best imposed their will, a best we have (with exceptions from Kasper) not seen this year, and will not see again.

Onward to the new.  I hope they will be animated with much of that same will, that same spirit.
