Not sure how credible or knowledgeable the person that gave me this info would be but their are rumours that Mahrez put Man City off with his behaviour.

I'm not ITK or anything but I think Mahrez might want to leave.

As you obvioulsly have intimate insider knowledge of the club will you please make us aware of any other transfer bombshells just as soon as you can ?

Hamer

Jakupovic

Huth

James (Loan)

Mahrez

Benalouane

King

Musa

Slimani

Ulloa

So that would leave our squad next season as:

GK: Schmeichel

RB: Simpson

CB: Morgan, Maguire, Dragovic (If we keep him)

LB: Chilwell, Fuchs, Elder

RM: Diabate

CM: Silva, Amartey, Iborra, Ndidi, Mendy

LM: Gray, Albrighton

ST: Iheanacho, Vardy, Okazaki

Youth players who may start to get integrated into squad

Pascanu

Knight

Hughes

Choudhury

Barnes

Thomas

Kapustka

Moore

Jakupovic, Benalouane, Huth, Elder, Kapustka, King, Musa, Slimani, Ulloa & Mahrez (sob).

Some of those long over-due. Namaplys Mendy remains an enigma - I wouldn't be surprised if Puel brought him in from the cold. Can see Hamer getting a new deal.  I think with Maguire and Ndidi, we won't want to loose any other key players on top of Mahrez so will be playing massive hardball and putting suitors off.

Fair chance any of the following could leave

Mahrez

Ndidi

Vardy

Maguire

Benalouane

Jakupovic

Hamer

Huth

Fuchs

King

Gray

Hard to say about those on loan except King. They've all either been useless or injured so may get them all back and struggle to move them on.

Imagine if no bids for Mahrez come in again ?

Hes basically been guaranteed being allowed to leave this summer if a bid of £ X comes in.

It wont surprise me if we don't even get an offer. Even without his mardy antics I'm not so sure the rest of football views him the same as we do.

We've hardly been fighting off bids. Known bidders Roma and Man c hardly a rush is it.

Mahrez will leave but I don't think he'll get the big move he wants. Then we will have a choice of making him stay or taking half what we were offered in January from a European club.

Maguire is the one we could get big money for, United may be in the market for a centre back. I personally think it will be a window to soon for Ndidi bids.

If we get a reasonable offer I wouldn't be surprised to see Kasper or Vardy leave too.

Some of the deadwood will go but I feel Slimani and Mendy might get another chance in the summer.

Still think he’ll get a move to Arsenal to be honest but I’m not sure he’s defensively robust enough for them.

Hamer

Jakupovic

Huth - Mls

Mendy

Musa

Slim

King

James - a relegated prem team will probably pick him up

Mahrez

Reckon Fuchs and Ulloa will run their contracts down.

Or as many a pundit seems to either.

I think Mahrez will go but I'm not sure it'll be the dream move he wants, or thinks he's worth. I even think he might feel obliged to go because of all that's happened! Can you imagine it if his decision is stay or Newcastle? Or Nantes?
