Southgate not learning from mistakes, picking the same useless midfielders that previously lost to Belgium and Sterling who still can’t hit a barn door at game 7.

 

He’s obviously a good man-manager to an extent but his team selections are as poor as Hodgson’s.

On that Fox pregame panel, even Kelly Smith called the win 2-1 for Belgium.

She didn't bother to say who would net for England.  So Guus Hiddink picked it up and said "I suppose another penalty for Harry Kane then" ... cold !

Sterling in losing the ball shocker

Belgium look deadly on the break again.

Attacks just die when Sterling gets the ball in the box. He literally just gets the ball, gets confused about what to do  and loses the ball... I dont get the hype around him.
