Perhaps a decision based on a demotion ??

 

Announced as Assistant Manager by the club in Oct 2017 Here

 

Announced as one of the Senior Coaching Staff by the club in Jun 2018 Here

 

Looks like a recent decision otherwise the club would've reworded the staff restructure announcement. We may have a coaching vacancy.

Weird how we keep getting reports of the players not getting on with the manager, then Appleton who got sacked, and then his most trusted member of staff gets sacked....

A tweet popped up this morning saying Rumor is Puel is to be sacked before the start of the season, odds have been slashed over night apparently, the tweet is a nobody but the odds bit is true?

Why would you be proud your dad left a job?

 

Puel did promote Sandler and employed another. Maybe him and Puel didn't get along too well in the end.

If pride is involved it usually a principle in terms of an unfair act against the person or an act of principle because of a professional practice dispute. 

 

Doesnt sound great.

There were some rumours i heard the other night too. Personally i cant see it but if he lasts more than the first 8 games i will be suprised.

Maybe the new guys were promoted ahead of him and he took it as an insult. Maybe he was put on skittle vodka duty and found it an affront to his good name and character. Maybe he wanted a pony, was not given a pony and decided to seek said pony elsewhere.
