Wolves look like a team that's used to winning.  I was impressed by their drive and team play.  If they can keep that up all season they stand a good chance of staying up.  They had a bit of bad luck and it took the wind out of their sails and I was pleased to see how effectively City capitalised.  We are work in progress though, against another team we could easily be in two down at half time rather than two up.

Don’t look to have much backbone when it matters. Can have all the technical players they want but need more grit

Couldn’t take the advantage when you were on top. You’ve been punished and now you’ve faded. Get used to it

Us 14/15 or them now?

Very similar, that was sort of my point. So many games where pundits were saying we could’ve easily won

So #PuelIn again?

Steady.....  Need to take more control in the second half.   They are good going forward but their defence is not very good. Mind you at times, ours has not looked pretty.

I thought Mendy never wanted to play for LC ever again, he has performed well for a want away. Ricardo is raw but definitely talented, probably more raw than he should be at his age. Maddison has the potential to become a midfield General. Other than that, Evans is really poor, I mean dog shite poor.

Bit of luck with both our goals, but “if you don’t buy a ticket” n all that. We’ve had some good performances in that half; Ricardo, Ndidi and Chillwell all stood out.

I think Evans grew into it. Wasn’t ideal letting them into us so much on his debut. I’d say give him a chance

Fair. He's an experienced player though, didnt expect such a slow start. They were walking 'round him.

First game, will give hime another 45 mins before judging

**** me no wonder you won the league with luck like this!

Takes more than luck I'm afraid.  Guess you'll never know.

Much better once we got over our wobbles. I was afraid we'd have to weather a storm and, quite frankly, I think Wolves deserved to take the lead. We got lucky, in defence and up front, but whatever.

Ricardo has been brilliant. I've enjoyed watching Mendy but has had the odd wtf moment. Evans.... well, I'm not yet convinced - let's hope he settles.

I actually think Mendy has been decent. He's not great on the ball but we knew that but he does get about and force errors and break up play. If the 3 behind the striker can find some sort of rythym, I can get behind an Ndidi/Mendy CM.....

Still willing to bet there’s people on here who will be unhappy with Puel for this match whatever happens.

Does the Pope pray?

Terrible before the first but much better since, credit to Puel for sorting it out. Pereira has been brilliant, Maddison Gray and Chilwell linking up excellently. Mendy been fantastic at both ends. Only negative is Evans has been suspect I excpect Caglar would take his place if we don’t play a 3

Some bizarre passes by him, but otherwise, he has got stuck in and shown for the ball which is encouraging.

Think he will need a few starts before we can really see his confidence return and maybe assess if he is going to be a decent player for us.

Brave from Puel to chuck him in, in such an important game. Doing OK though

James Maddison looks some player. Having a player in that central area who can hold up the ball, turn and make things happen is going to make a world of difference.

I'd have him right in the England squad on what I've seen.

The so-called 'experts' would have Wilshere and Loftus-Cheek ahead of him:(
