For a seemingly small bloke, Ricardo sure does win a lot of headers. He's got a good jump on him or some illegal springs in his boots.

I do feel like we need a target man for these types of games though.

Wolves have that back 3 and the central midfield dropping between the defenders, which is forcing us onto the wings alot, we need someone to whip balls in, any other day we would be at 0-0 and we've been fortunate with our goals today.

It's vardy vs 5 defenders when we get the ball in.

Ricardo is one of our best attackers despite being a RB. He is everything i dreamed he would be.

4 more points in my fantasy team. What a lad.

Think he compliments Albrighton on that side as well... Marc's weak areas are made up for by Ricardo and then Marc will cover him when he goes marauding forward as well. Exciting

Ricardo and Maddison worth every pound paid.

They stand out a mile. Two quality players!

Mendy has done OK, but not sure if it's nerves, as some bizarre passes and decision making!

Evans looks rusty but I think will be good when he settles.

Tough lesson for Wolves so far. You HAVE to take your chances in this league or you will be punished.

Been dominated most of the half but a good last 10 mins. Maddison, Ricardo have been lively, Evens looks a little rusty and Mendy has looked a little out of his depth and sluggish

Very happy to be two up at the break but definitely feel a bit sorry for wolves. Flashbacks to 14/15 and all those games where we lost but felt we deserved something

**** me no wonder you won the league with luck like this!

Couldn’t take the advantage when you were on top. You’ve been punished and now you’ve faded. Get used to it

I'm glad we scored just to shut Don Goodman up "you shouldn't be surprised, they won the championship last year". We were in the fvcking Premier league mate.

Really missed a trick by not signing a target man IMO. Gives us an excellent option, especially with the crossing of Albrighton

"luck"

By luck do you mean wolves hitting the post (instead of scoring) and your defender not clearing a header properly? the only chances you've created are when our entire team was at 6's and 7's. Since pressing we've been far better.

It's not unlucky if you hit the post, it's a missed shot.

Wolves look like a team that's used to winning.  I was impressed by their drive and team play.  If they can keep that up all season they stand a good chance of staying up.  They had a bit of bad luck and it took the wind out of their sails and I was pleased to see how effectively City capitalised.  We are work in progress though, against another team we could easily be in two down at half time rather than two up.

Literally the same story we faced coming up. You're doing alright but simply not used to the different league, can see that all over.

Yep, on another day we would not have 2 goals. we need a player in these types of games capable of winning it in the air.
