My son’s under 16 team are holding a minutes silence before their game this afternoon. We are still shaken up after  witnessing the crash, but he is still going to turn out for his club. I can’t stop thinking about what we saw :(

Well that just set me off again

Just said on sky news that Vichai had died ...

Nobody knows as yet. Sky and others will say anything until, the club really come out confirming the true.

Well the police are definitely on the ball I live behind the training ground and they are going door to door asking questions regarding the helicopter.so it’s nice to know they are acting on this so quickly to prevent anything ever happening again!

Police flying drones after the game? Hope not connected.

I would have thought they'd packed up and gone by then, certainly crossed my mind whether it was their drone or someone else's.

I just saw this. They gave denied. I feel so numb just waiting for an official statement

It still doesn't seem real to me.

I don't think any fan of any club could have wished for a better owner. My thoughts are with Top and his family.

Thanks to all the non-Leicester fans who have taken the time to register and express sympathy. It means so much to know how much people care, and can pull together in dark times.

This sums up what our Chairman did for us. Followed City since the early seventies and never ever believed in a Roy of the Rovers story until we did the impossible.

Just incredibly sad news.

It’s always been a rollercoaster ride with this club but this is on an entirely different level.

I’ve seen one or two hovering above the Raw Dykes/Aylestone Rd junction about 30 metres up. Conceivable that might be an explanation.

Numb and trying to hold back the tears.

Made dreams come true for us as a club and gave me some of the proudest and happiest memories that will stay with me forever. Still get goose bumps thinking about what we achieved and the celebration of all celebrations that followed.

Thank you Vichai, you are forever LCFC.
