Super_horns Posted 3 December 2018 Posted 3 December 2018 Lets just hope we aren't on the reel of giant killers for this round!

SAFC1 Posted 3 December 2018 Posted 3 December 2018 I’ll be surprised if your game isn’t selected for BT/BBC mind.

miles2lcfc Posted 3 December 2018 Posted 3 December 2018 I live in Ruabon which is 6 miles from the Wrexham ground and watch them on occasions. My wife’s a bit nervous on the floor space in our house being requested should they get through.
Dan Posted 4 December 2018 Posted 4 December 2018 Really really really hoping this isn't Monday. Rather not Sunday either because I'm going up to Leeds that day although I can go up whenever. Of course on the Monday I'll actually be in Leeds. It might be possible for me to still go but it's a huge ballache if it's Newport. Wrexham less so.

I've let the FA know this as well as the TV broadcasters so they can factor this in when making their choice

The likelihood is that it won’t be a Saturday 3pm as one of the Welsh channels will be covering it live. I would be surprised if it is a Monday but obviously it can never ever be ruled out. Friday night would be just as bad as a Monday.

We only have electricity on weekends on the other side of Offa's Dyke. So Sunday or Saturday evening game most likely. Most cup games shown on BBC Wales/Cymru tend to be Sunday in all seriousness.

Yeah I'm expecting it to move regardless given the nature of the tie. I'd take basically anything bar Monday night really purely from a selfish point of view. I may be able to do it but it'll be hard. Obviously we need Saturday half 5. We have nowhere near enough of them away compared to the others we're regularly given, particularly early Saturday.
Long Eaton Fox Posted 4 December 2018 Posted 4 December 2018 Seem to remember going to Wrexham in 1982 for a league 2 game. Toilets were disgusting with urine flowing down the terraces.(All 10)

CosbehFox Posted 5 December 2018 Posted 5 December 2018 Newport v Wrexham replay is played on next Tuesday
RowlattsFox Posted 6 December 2018 Posted 6 December 2018 Woking v Watford at 2pm on BT sport so I imagine we'll either be 4pm or maybe a 12pm? Unless they throw in something strange like a 6pm like they have done in the past.
Voll Blau Posted 6 December 2018 Posted 6 December 2018 4pm kickoff and not that shit BBC Cymru lunchtime job then hopefully.
