urban.spaceman Posted 6 December 2018 Posted 6 December 2018 Sunday afternoon is much better than Saturday midday.
Super_horns Posted 6 December 2018 Posted 6 December 2018 Gary Lineker involved there ? Should be a decent game ... See BT have managed to sneak Man U v Reading on!
PhillippaT Posted 6 December 2018 Posted 6 December 2018 Hurray for a match with a decent stream, guaranteed

StanSP Posted 6 December 2018 Posted 6 December 2018 Utd vs Reading What a fvcking joke. Absolute borefest incoming.

Leicesterpool Posted 6 December 2018 Posted 6 December 2018 The days of watching football on a saturday at 3pm seems to long gone now.

BT sport - the general public aren’t interested in the fixture. They want to see a romantic tale of David v Goliath and yet yanited at home to a lower league side is always selected for live TV .........
fazzyfox Posted 7 December 2018 Posted 7 December 2018 I get that this year Man Utd are ropey, under pressure, ripe for a shock and if it happens, as a broadcaster you'd want to be there covering it. Unfortunately I can just see a lot of huff and puff from Reading and a professional steady and very unexciting Man Utd winning 2-0 in a forgetable game. There are at least 6 or 7 more deserving games though and it reeks of just getting the Utd fan base on board for viewing figures. I suggest a nationwide boycott to make a stand, (with an 85th minute get out clause if Utd are losing so we can still revel in Mourinho's misery).

Wymsey Posted 7 December 2018 Posted 7 December 2018 Ian Holloway is an outsider to join Wrexham. Would be strange if he was willing to go to that level and LCFC his first competitive fixture there.
KrefelderFox666 Posted 7 December 2018 Posted 7 December 2018 Just noticed that loads of games have been moved to 12:30 and 17:30 on the Saturday and a few more to Sunday 14:00 for international broadcast. Fixtures look weird. Is there a new deal the FA have struck with international TV? 10 out of 32 ties are going to be played at 15:00 Saturday.

Some of them have moved due to policing as well (I..e Fulham are on Sunday as Chelsea are on Sat) and therefore probably dictated some timings to ensure they have the staff etc.
purpleronnie Posted 8 December 2018 Posted 8 December 2018 Really is disgraceful, it's almost like they want to ruin the FA cup.

mad biker Posted 11 December 2018 Posted 11 December 2018 South Wales it is then :-( would have prefered Wrexham !
