Sarr began as a winger himself, has been converted to a left (wing-)back in recent seasons, though.

 

Too similar to Pereira.

 

I'd rather we focus on central midfield and our attacking issues.

Depends what the price is, possible that Puel wants to get rid of Simpson and have Sarr as backup to Ricardo. Amartey is out until March at the earliest, and even then won't be match fit for a long while after that given he won't have played like 5+ months and having recovered from a horrific ankle injury.

He's quite good.
He was "preselected" in France squad a few times by Deschamps.

He's a former RW who now plays RB, a bit similar to Ricardo in the sense he is fast and technically gifted.
