It's as enjoyable as dentistry but with the thought we can add Maddison to the mix at some point it's not the worst situation we've been in. Why it's so scruffy and scrappy with so much wayward passing is another issue but thankfully Everton went to the same New Years P*** up as our boys by the looks of things. Only worries - it may be our turn to deal with the sun in the second half and the whinging scousers and diving Richarlison could combine to get an unwarranted red card at some point.

Forget the wins against Chelsea & Man City (teams who are willing to attack) I’m judging him against our inability to comfortably beat weaker teams in this league. We’re just so poor to watch.
