To be honest, with some of the mistakes he has made, leads me to think he has been drinking far too many bottles of 'Bordeaux' whilst scouting.

There are some desperate people in Bordeaux. Barely a week goes by without some random Twitter account claiming the contract is 99% done.

I notice that the official site still records him as being Head of Recruitment, and Wikipedia, which had him listed as DoF at Bordeaux, now have him still at Leicester. 

Does anyone know if this is true? I ask because Brendan Rodgers has many positive attributes, but his recruitment history seems to be questionable. I wonder who is in charge of our recruitment?

Mercury article today mentioned him still being here.

Maybe missing the obvious, but why can’t we just give him a new contract? Surely we pay more than Bordeaux.

Personally think our recruitment has turned a corner recently and been excellent would much rather have Macia here than that Lee Congerton

Worried about this as much as results, this has a massive impact on any club if they cannot bring in the right players, Rogers talking about this guy coming from Celtic, not being funny you can get a lge2 player and he will shine in Scottish football.

 

This is the Premier lge the best lge in the world so need the best players and people to scout and recruit them. Look at Fulham all that money spent but the table does not lie.
