Think i've said it before but i'll say it again, the atmosphere's at Everton (and Liverpool in general) really are a myth aren't they? To be fair today's is probably better than many Everton games i've seen.

Having said that I think the days of atmospheres at many grounds are dead.

Wouldn't mind Wolves getting something out of this.

I think Everton will be more of a threat to us for that top 6 position come the end of the season

Year on year they must be the most frustrating club to support in the premier league

But no-one has ever talked ours up, whereas Everton, Goodison Park has this myth (Or certainly used to) that there is a great atmosphere.

I guess ours was maybe briefly spoke about during the great escape and title winning season but ours is generally poor and mostly always has been.

Wolvesalona look a shadow of the team last season.  May be this Europa League malarkey is taking its toll on them.  Hope so. I think West Ham are going to be a more of a threat than Wolves this season for top 7.

BBC said ours was very good at times yesterday certainly the roof came off when vardy scored

We had spells of noise after each goal but there were far too many long periods of silence. Oh and after everything Soyuncu did lol

In 138 years, they have spent 134 of them in the top flight with nine titles etc.

Yeah exactly so they are long overdue a relegation

I just imagine two Everton fans discussing their club preseason:

Everton fan #1: "So mate, where do you reckon we'll finish this season?"

Everton fan #2: "I'd say 'bout 8th mate".

Everton fan #1: "Sounds nice mate".

Everton fan #2: "Yeah".

By that logic, aren’t Liverpool, Arsenal, United, etc?

That’s not how these things work.
