Maybe it's still that. Can only hope it's nothing too serious and that his kid is okay.

Foxxed Posted 28 April 2019 Posted 28 April 2019 Cautious start with Albrighton. If we want him for his defensive contributions I would have started Gray who is decent defending now. It's great to have a real attacking injection in Barnes on the bench. Hopefully he comes on about 60mins.

Albrighton and hamza fit that category at the minute. this is Rodgers seeing what the strength in depth is and where he needs new faces next season. Result is is less important than the performance for those players today.

They genuinely thought they had won the league after that goal, mental. The arrogance of some Spurs/Arsenal fans and their 'entitlement' to the title that year is embarrassing, the truth is nobody even came close to us we were in full control for 98% of that season. Welbeck goa/Vardy red moments aside. Can't stand arsenal, please win today boys.

Just hoping Ricardo overlaps a fair bit

Will wait to see what happens though as Rodgers must have a game plan, he's not usually one for pragmatism.
