5 years coalition. 4 years brexit infighting on a tight majority dwindling day by day. This is very much different if predictied numbers are correct.

Who's fault was the brexit in fighting and the dwindling majority? Leave or remain you have to admit brexit has been handled poorly even prior to the parliamentary votes, and again who's fault is that. The state of the country is no other parties responsibility at this moment in time.

David Cameron became an MP in 2001 and became leader in 2005, and was PM by 2010.

That’s true, fair point.

It’ll be up to her and the Labour Party membership ultimately, it’s a funny game politics

Very much have the feeling of the day Leicester were relegated to League One.

I fear it will require the country to fall to its knees before real change can happen, much like how Leicester needed to fall to the lowest point in its history before we could rebuild and eventually win the Premier League.

Seems the only way Tory lies will be exposed for what they are will be the proof in the pudding.

So, with that in mind, bring on the Tory majority! Let's really, truly, properly fvck things up. Do your worst. Brexit? Yeah, fvck it. Privatisation of the NHS? Why the hell not.

Like pulling off a plaster, let's get it out the way quickly though, eh? Let's start again from the rubble in 5 years time rather than 10.

This is the problem though - how long do we get these excuses? Why is it still other people's fault?

They had a majority after 2015 - its disingenuous to characterise it as 4 years Brexit infighting. If there was instability, they must have caused it.

I’m not excusing anything, I’m just saying compromising and pandering will not need to be a thing now.

Things should happen much quicker for them.

I said similar when Johnson won the leadership election. Its almost like him.as PM was an itch the country had to scratch and it would take that to see how bad it would be for the country to hold its hand up and admit it was a bad idea. He's not been in long enough to have that effect yet, but I guess we'll see.

You've gotta go there to come back I guess. Like you say, like relegation, its chance to clear out the deadwood, change manager and rebuild.

Ah yes, Corbyn's nationalised state run free for all (except you'll pay in taxes) ultra fast socialist broadband.

It would have been magnificent.

Gareth Snell is quite straight to the point. Amazing. One-word answers! From an MP!

Refreshing wasn't it. No bullshit. Admitted it was bad, admitted why is was bad and why it happened, accepted he was likely to lose his seat. Spoke well I thought.

The nation would truly be bonkers if one year one if these nutters like Buckethead or the man dressed as a fish finger actually ousted one of the big names.

People don't like their democratic vote being ignored.

And if they don't, will Johnson be blamed for that? I still don't really see what the endgame is with Brexit, there's been so much shapeshifting that has gone on with it from the Leave side.
