Hammo Posted 18 December 2019 Posted 18 December 2019 I imagine Everton fans are as annoyed with our strong line up as we are surprised.

Hopefully fair better this time. Worry about Morgan, always will these days but he's capable of a strong performance. Even more so with richarlison playing. Other than that you can't argue with anything. They played together several times after that.
Nalis Posted 18 December 2019 Posted 18 December 2019 Two strong teams, the way it should be in a cup quarter final.

Corky Posted 18 December 2019 Posted 18 December 2019 As it should be- start with a strong team and go from there. Though we need a new centre-back in January, we can't get by with three including Morgan all season.

Detroit Blues Posted 18 December 2019 Posted 18 December 2019 We need to be very careful about exposing ourselves to counterattacks with chilwell/ricardo pushed up the field, and evans/morgan at CB. We rely so heavily on Soyuncu to win foot races against teams on the counterattack. Love seeing Vardy on the team sheet.
Sammy Posted 18 December 2019 Posted 18 December 2019 Just another reason to love Rodgers, this team shows he gets it
Harry96 Posted 18 December 2019 Posted 18 December 2019 Good team that more than enough to win it cmon city

Buzzing he is playing GOAT.
mowmacrefox Posted 18 December 2019 Posted 18 December 2019 Substitutes - Ward, Justin, Söyüncü, Choudhury, Gray, Barnes, Iheanacho.
l444ry Posted 18 December 2019 Posted 18 December 2019 Brendan and Puel are like chalk and cheese. Whatever happens, Brendan is going for it.
Sunbury Fox Posted 18 December 2019 Posted 18 December 2019 My only worry is the lack of pace at CB without Cags in there. Still remember how Richarlison wrecked Wes in the home match v them last season.

I suspect Morgan is on to deal with Ricardlson. Coleman is their weak point. So I expect Albrighton is on to stop him coming forward, but also to use his pace against him.
