Recommended Posts

Best Bond - Connery

Best Bond film - Goldfinger. Closely followed by On Her Majesty's Secret Service

Best Bond Car - The iconic Aston Martin DB5

Best Bond Girl - Jane Seymour as Solitaire in Live and Let Die

Best Bond Theme Tune - Nobody Does It Better, Carly Simon, The Spy Who Loved Me

Best Bond Baddie - Nik Nak, The Man With The Golden Gun

Best Cheesy Bond Line - I though Christmas only comes once a year. To Dr Christmas Jones at the end of The World Is Not Enough

My favourite bond is Roger Moore

My favourite theme is Live and Let Die (also like Nobody Does It Better, You Only Live Twice and Tomorrow Never Dies)

My favourite bond girl is probably Jane Seymour in Live and Let Die

Too many films to mention. I like Live and Let Die, The Spy Who Loved Me, You Only Live Twice, Tomorrow Never Dies, Man With The Golden Gun, Die Another Day, Skyfall...

Favourite Bond girl was Claudine Auger as Domino, but Solitaire was a different gravy aswell. Honourable mention to Vesper in that Purple dress in Casino Royale.

I really enjoy View to a Kill, don't think it helped that it was released close to Never Say Never Again which I don't think is listed as an official Bond film but had Connery playing 007.

Nobody does it better - Carly Simon - Best Song

Le Chiffre - Casino Royale - Best Baddie

On Her Majesty's Secret Service  - Most Underrated.

My dad liked OHMSS but has a kid I kind of ignored it and many I knew did not like it but apparently now a lot of peeps rate it has right up there and it does have that theme of course.

This was the film that started the theory about Bond being an alias rather than a real name due to what is said at the beginning when Lazenby looks at  the camera and says, something like, this never happened to the other guy.

That theme though is as iconic as the main Bond theme

I would not mind a little experimental filming, two at the same time, one with a new Bond , maybe Fassbender and one with a new agent, 006 played by Edris Elba, both could end leading into  a third movie starring both.

Sorry, but I detest any Bond film. I cannot for the life of me, suspend disbelief sufficiently to enjoy any of the trite, childish, far fetched and, frankly ridiculous storylines, plotlines and characters in any of them and yes, I have watched them because my wife likes them so I kinda have to.

I find them toe-curlingly awful.

Just MHO.

You'd love Guardians of the Galaxy!

I liked Casino Royale.
I also like Goldeneye. I’m not sure if that’s just the nostalgia of it being the first. One made in my youth. Then playing Golden Eye with my mate on the N64.

Have you ever been to The National Motor Museum at Beaulieu? The Lotus used in the film, amongst many other Bond cars, is there, or at least it used to be
