lnkstern Posted 21 December 2020 Posted 21 December 2020 NBCSN have decided to inflict Martin Tyler on the States for this match. *sigh* 1

Vacamion Posted 21 December 2020 Posted 21 December 2020 More close ups of Lampard, please Sky. You've only done it several times in 3 minutes so far

OntarioFox Posted 21 December 2020 Posted 21 December 2020 Watching this with a hangover and Martin Tyler's commentary is making me pass out from boredom. The man gets more droll and uninterested with every passing game.
UniFox21 Posted 21 December 2020 Posted 21 December 2020 Thiago Silva taking a leaf out of Evan's falling over in defensive positions from a tap to win a free kick
Guest Kopfkino Posted 21 December 2020 Posted 21 December 2020 I’m so glad Nuno has said this whatever his motivation. As he says, it’s not necessarily big decisions it’s that the way he referees never makes any sense.

That is a terrible thought but quite correct . We have to find a replacement who can step in when needed. It is not Ian Nacho.
StanSP Posted 21 December 2020 Posted 21 December 2020 Quite cutting comments from Nuno but in this particular game, I'm not sure what Mason got terribly wrong?

As we saw the other day, Mason is just incredibly inconsistent with fouls and what he gives them for
Jobyfox Posted 21 December 2020 Posted 21 December 2020 To be honest Nuno should be hauled over the coals for those comments. I’ve always thought that managers should be allowed to criticise referees decisions - even their performances - but that is more personal. It sets a dangerous precedent for teams trying to influence the choice of referees. It was like when Liverpool got the VAR ref moved - it shouldn’t happen. I don’t rate Lee Mason much either but, if I were selecting the refs for the next round of games, I know exactly who Wolves would be getting. 1
