Anyone managed to work out what Danny Simpsons role is here? other than not being a defender. Somethings really needs to change to do justice to this magnificent training centre at youth level and it surely needs to be staff changes as a starting point. It's how we build an identity as a club. It makes it too hard to progress from youth ranks to senior team if they then have to learn a new style and system of play.
