Sly Posted 7 September 2020 Posted 7 September 2020 We can’t seem to shift Slimani, it seems Rennes need to sell to purchase. So I’d imagine it hinges on them selling the GK to Chelsea. AC Milan has apparently pulled out, as they now want a player for resale value. They already have Zlatan. OM are still interested as well.

I've hardly left the house for 6 months, hardly seen my mates, not been able to do my job... I'm not shattered and neither are most who've probably just been through worse than he did. I have some understanding, but he had tie to get right, had chances to show something... and didn't.

Sly Posted 7 September 2020 Posted 7 September 2020 I don’t think Silva was the player we needed. He’s a tidy player but simply didn’t adjust to the Premier League. He’d have been okay if he’d hit the ground running, however we overpaid for him either way. He’s just that, an average Premier League player (which most likely puts him in the top 1,000 players of the game worldwide).
