I know that it’s a pain we haven’t managed to get the first XI together in preseason, but can’t help feeling that this is exactly what Youri needs to hit the ground running next week. 
 

Castagne looks solid to me - good hard worker. Looking forward to seeing him soon.

Castagne looks accomplished on the ball, very energetic and good in the air too. Promising.
 

Tielemans has been a joy to watch - the midfield orchestrator we need him to be for us. Came off smiling, knowing he’d had a blinder.

Too soon. He's unmanageable, unplayable, but lacks tactical awareness. This could be a player that after the initial hype, fades away, or a gamechanger. But it's (imho) definitely too soon for him to come to EPL. Let him stand out in Belgium and let's see how he does after a year or two.

Maybe buy him and loan him back for 2 years

Watching Tilemans in majestic form tonight backed up by tidy performances from praet and castagne. With kasper pulling off some world class saves at the other end to keep the score respectable is a timely reminder that despite what some of the negative doom merchants have to say some of our players are actually rather good!

Tieliemans looked classy for Leicester last season. He just needs more quality around him at Leicester. That’s why a top winger is imperative. I hope we go for a striker and winger. Fingers crossed Fofana too at the back! Back to Youri if vardy can dive 30 times in the box and Youri can score all the pens! He’d be as good as Bruno Fernandes. No difference between them otherwise!

Spurs picked the worst possible time to build a £1 billion stadium. The upkeep costs on that empty stadium must be huge. At least it should keep them with us in “The Other 16” for a while yet. Big clubs aren’t so big without their cash.
