Perez deserves a start for this one. Rest Vardy but still go out strong and get the win to top the group and get some winning momentum.

Swap Choudhury for Perez  for me. Don't think we need 2 defensive midfielders against a team who have lost 10 of their last 11 European games.

It depends on how they are employed. On the one hand it brings a better balance to the midfield.

But it could also be used with Wild in the Defensive role and Hamza following the play ,stopping the opposition getting any foothold in the game.  Which he's good at.

Last time employed such a formation with potentially two defensive type midfielders it was a disaster. Just think if we don't worry too much about weak opposition and field a team to attack them, then we will win comfortably.

I could see Ndidi playing centre half just to give him game time and Hamza in midfield to give Mendy a rest.

let's see - I think he sets up "not to lose"

I don't concur. Braga very likely to beat Zorya, so it's a must win if we want to top the group.

Ha, thanks. I've just been through the mill with LCFC over 4 decades so while I enjoy the happy moments, like today, I try and retain a view on the bigger picture.

Having played at the very top in a certain sport, you will find it difficult to get there and stay there without being highly critical of self. And ironing out mistakes.  That mentality certainly comes out when Ive watched Leicester grow year on year

Yeah but you can't really compare your darts career jocky.

Hope am not jinxing it, but having a feeling this will be a big scoreline win; back to the usual attacking self.

Need to go with our strongest team and put this one to bed. Need to finish top of the group for the best possible draw in the next stage.

I wouldn't say there is a distinct need to put the strongest team out.

This will be AEK's reserves and they're not going to want any sort of injuries in what is essentially a friendly for them.

We shouldn't need to be risking Vardy, Tielemans, Evans and Kasper for it.

Personally tempted to bring Ndidi in at centre half because he's good on the ball and won't be tested too much. Think it would be an ideal way for him to get minutes.

Ward

Justin Ndidi Morgan Thomas

Hamza

Under Perez Praet Barnes

Iheanacho

That team should be far too much for them to handle. Maddison, Tielemans, Vardy etc on the bench.

As long as Hamza isn’t on the pitch I’ll be happy .

He needs game time to improve. Ndidi needs fitness practice more, however.

I see your point, but I don’t agree, we need to finish top of the group, to many times have we gone with a team like this and fallen behind then spent the remainder of the game playing catch up.

Put the strong team out first get the lead then make changes later on.

Sooner see us rest players considering we've got Everton, Spurs and then Man Utd coming up. Three teams that will fancy themselves for top 4. We have to take points off them if we want to be up there too.

He can go a play in in the lower leagues as far as I’m concerned

Not impressed with how good he was away in Athens or in the home game vs Braga?
