Neville bang on. If we don’t attack with pace and movement we won’t break them down as they get in to shape so quickly. Worrying as that has been an Achilles heel for us.

To be fair both Phil Neville and Emile are playing the neutral pundit which is refreshing when they obviously line up ex players.

His shot stopping is good from close range, he always looks suspect from long shots. Maybe cos he’s half blind.

Maddisons too deep and we need to press more with more pace. Nevertheless kasper should’ve kept that out and he knows it.

It not about playing short or long, it's about quality and tempo. 

 

 

You said we were passive and passing it around the back and it's not true, we've gone forwards every time with it. The only way we could be more direct would be playing long balls.

I know there are detractors and opponents to it but I think five subs would suit us, to be honest. If it isn't working we can shake it up in most areas.

That was very even with Everton having the fine margins. They look strong and organized. This will be tough, but it can be done. Vardy and Schmeichel owe one each.

Saying all this, I feel we could get something out of this game. Get Mendy off, get Morgan on and bring Wilf into the midfield to provide the strength and ‘legs’
