Really?

 

They scored a goal that should have been easily saved and we had Vardy head it straight at the keeper when it would be easier to score. Then there's been a few half chances either way.

 

So far it's simply a case of ifs and maybes. It's fairly even, but what would you expect?

Except the 2 times Justin has created chances for us, Vardy's was an absolute sitter

Complete BS. The reason we've looked poor is that we've been very direct in our passing AS PEOPLE WANTED and a lot of them have gone astray. You can't have it both ways, demand we take risks with the ball and then moan when it doesn't come off.

That really annoyed me. They knew what they were doing too. He actually walked down the tunnel so could easily have hopped to the touchline which he was close to.

People here calling out Mendy... He's playing without teilemans who would normally be closer to him. Where is he? At one point Madison and Under we're back to build play.

If Mendy and Fuchs didn't make such compelling cases to get subbed, this game would now suit Perez especially as Allan is off.

 

Perez and Maddison just off Vardy and try and get a bit of movement and interplay happening around their 18 yard box.

 

Think getting Wilf into midfield is the most important thing though

Under impressed and is the only one who has been sharp so far.

 

All the rest have been sloppy. Ndidi has made a few too many misplaced passes - could be risky playing at CB. Maddison and Barnes have given their fair share too with passes often a bit short, too hard, with slightly wrong angle or ball off the ground (making it hard for teammate to control the ball). Need to get it together boys.

 

On 60:

- Perez for Maddison

- Praet for Mendy

- (Maybe) Thomas for Fuchs

 

Hopefully this will bring Tielemans more into the game and connection with Barnes, Vardy and Under can be better.

It not about playing short or long, it's about quality and tempo.

Soon as we win the ball. We are so slow to move the ball forward and Everton just get back into the shape.

 

We need Morgan on at CB as Mendy Is on a yellow and therefore one challenge away. We need to get Ndidi back in midfield to gain a bit more authority in the middle of the pack.

 

Our passing has been sloppy and we've been disappointing. We need to move the ball quicker and move it forward quicker.

To slow at getting forward yet again Youri and James should have stopped the shot. Barnes needs to get into the game.
