I know this saying gets used a lot and very loosely but if FIFA was to introduce a biennial World Cup and it was to mix up the club calendar completely, I genuinely would fall out of love with the game. I’m all for change for betterment but this is just changing for changes sake and to make more money.
 

I appreciate the game is full of money as it is but equally I think the current system still works (annual clubs seasons as they are with regional and world tournaments alternating every 2 years).
