Interesting variety!

For me, I'd follow whoever I was local to  at the time and probably support one team and look out for the results of the others. But yeah it wouldnt be the same, kind of a quick 'oh well' if they lost rather than the feeling I get when we lose.

I don't love football like I love my club. If they turned their back on me like the cowardly 6 have then i'd just sack it off.

I'd probably start to invest more of my time in other sports.

I love watching a variety of sports and sporting events as a casual follower so would just continue doing that without supporting a specific club.

it would never be with the same love or passion, but I'd happily go and watch my local non-league side on a semi-regular basis. They're in the National League North so get a reasonable attendance and a half decent level of football. I think I've got less than 5/10 years left in my season ticket as it is, a combination of the Super League, lockdown, and all other nonsense that surrounds the game has made me fall out of love to a large degree.

That said, first game back I'll probably change my mind completely.

Like some others, probably follow my local club from my childhood (Gillingham) but I could never support them in the way I do with Leicester.

Maybe QPR. My local club and I have a family connection.

I've been to see Orient a few times too and like to see them do well.

I do genuinely miss quite a lot about the football league.

No-one it would end my interest in football.

This is my last stand. Baseball, Basketball, Ice Hockey, Amer. Football, Boxing, Winter and summer Olympics, Golf and on and on. I've loved and left them all. They just cant help themselves by extracting every last red cent and changing things for the sake of change/profit vs quality. The endless chopping of the experience for more ad revenue. I know I sound like an old man but its just not worth the aggravation after this.

Leicester's a big enough city to have two clubs. If City sold their soul to the devil then the reappearance of Leicester Fosse, playing in their original strip, would be great to see.

...This!!!

Having read the previous posts I am surprised that the first port of call would not be to build our own club. It would not matter where we start from, many clubs have their supporters proudly trudging to non league games and wouldn't have it any other way.

We have come a long way and achieved things we could only have dreamed of but we are Leicester,  if it was that the whole club collapsed then we can build it again. If it was a case of the club joining the ESL grudgingly there would still be the majority of our fans who would continue to support them.

Same here

And another here..

Its difficult and expensive to get Leicester tickets, so even now there is a danger of being pushed out of the live match-day experience, so taking the kids to the local team rather than the Premier League is already far easier and cheaper.

Light hearted question that got me thinking given the dismay of proper fans of rich 6 being rightfully pissed off with the European Super League plans....

If you couldn't support Leicester any more, either morally if joining an ESL or if we folded or something, who would you support?

It's only City that keeps me interested in the sport so that would be it for me.
