Arsenal can still spend a ton of money and have a lot of allure. A good coach there could turn it around. Maybe not top 4, but Arsenal with their resources should be finishing ahead of us. Until we grow a bit more they will always have an edge on us, though I can see us really battling the big boys in 5-6 years time if we keep up our current trajectory.
