Imagine our best 11 with ASM on the right side of a front 3 with Vardy and Barnes. Plus Daka and Kel to come off the bench.

I'd happily have Bowen on the right also.

Slightly concerned watching this. West Ham look decent coming forward but pretty shaky at the back. Going to be an interesting one next week that’s for sure.

What a great game for the neutral this has been! I’d probably feel a bit aggrieved about the pen if I were a Geordie though. Looked like he played the ball onto the legs.

West Ham running riot here

Two fast, ultra-tricky wingers in one of  our closest competitors' XI.

@Ric Flairis ready to kill.

West Ham picking up where they left off last season. A bit iffy at the back and very deadly on the counter with Antonio a real handful up top.

They remind me a lot of our title winning side (obviously not as good) but they’re not littered with show stoppers, but they got structure, pace, a little bit of flair and some grit and determination.

Decent side.

Hopefully we don’t set up as Newcastle have with the three CBs, play to our stengths and let teams worry about us.

Don’t use the word winger on this forum, the tacticians will go mad. They don’t exist anymore apparently, they’re ‘wide forwards’ now.

I think he will go for a 5 at the back. What I’ve seen in this game from west ham is it’s not just Antonio who can carry them up the pitch, it’s the entire midfield plus the wing backs….. obviously leaves them a bit frail at the back, but if we get the defensive side sorted then we can cause them issues.

It’s why the win over Wolves was so good, we had to dig in, probably going to be the same on Wednesday, under the cosh for large portions of the game.

No Kane for Spurs.

not really a surprise as he’s only had one days training since he got back …….

They wouldn’t risk an injury - what if Man City do go to £140m ?
