I never felt I needed to worry about the English until I got into football. Suddenly I saw Liverpool weirdos posting vids of themselves singing little fan-songs that would make six-year-olds cringe But at Hull City ... good Lord ... it's the entire crowd. Reason enough to never allow them back into the PL. 1
Corky Posted 13 April 2022 Posted 13 April 2022 If you manage a top team you get the rewards of doing so (top salary, top players, excellent resources). Playing matches is a result of success but you know how many you'll have to play from July onwards. If you have a tight schedule so be it. Klopp could manage a mid-table team and avoid the long cup runs and Europe if he really wanted to. Honestly, get on with managing and putting up with any crap thrown your way. 1

And so not to derail the thread, I wish Kelechi would ask us to go boom. In time, he could orchestrate his own goal music

KFS Posted 14 April 2022 Posted 14 April 2022 I’ve only just realised from watching a few of his goals back that he’s got a rehearsed celebration. What a ****ing weapon 1 1

Bazly Posted 14 April 2022 Posted 14 April 2022 I had a wonderful feeling this evening. I felt we have seen the last of the gruesome twosome and Soumare. I wonder where they will be hiking off to in the Summer?
Lambert09 Posted 14 April 2022 Posted 14 April 2022 what a superb week for the premier league. 4 teams into semi finals of european football and chelsea crash out! magnifique
Aus Fox Posted 14 April 2022 Posted 14 April 2022 So IF, us, West Ham and Crystal Palace were to win the trophies they are in this season. 5th and below would not qualify for Europe - No Europe for Man Utd, or Arsenal. Spurs even finishing 4th would miss out on the CL. So Man City, Liverpool, Chelsea, West ham in CL Spurs and Leicester in EL and Palace in EC… It’s a long shot, but would be great!

Nah. 4th and 5th still get CL and EL Not sure whether 6th still gets Conference League or not. 4th only doesn't get CL if both the Europa League winners and the Champions League winners finish outside the top 4 as you're only allowed a maximum of 5 Champions League clubs from 1 country.
